Reviewing the basic difference between two types of experimental research designs i.e. Within-Subject Design and Between-Subject Design that allows students to understand and design different type of experimental setups on the nature of study and sample availability. This lesson plan is designed to provide an opportunity where students can develop understanding of the basic differences between two experimental research designs and their characterstics along with the varied application in psychological research.
As outcomes,
• Students will be able to differentiate between experimenatl designs on the basis of sample compositions.
• Students will identify pros and cons of both types being used in experimental research studies.
• Students will be able to design the experiment on either of two designs in order to meet their research objectives
