PROTEST AND SOCIAL MOVEMENT, SOC 205: SOCIAL MOVEMENT AGAINST CORRUPTION

Corruption is a burning issue around the world. There are many and multiple mechanism combat corruption. Social Movement is one of the effective rule against corruption. In this activity plan, we have tried to provide links in this connection.

Lesson Summary:
Students will be able to understand Social Movement against corruption. Definition of corruption, its types and causes will be discussed. Importance of social movement will be explained as an effective tool of combat corruption. How this movement can be organized, who can play vital role in this regard also share among the students.

Lesson Objective:
To provide students with an opportunity to realize the causes and costs of corruption. They will be aware against corruption and take a part of social movement against corruption.
