It depicts the alarming trend in world population growth. It attempts to attract the attention of the target group of individual adults and couples to such a trend with a view to motivate them to play their due role in controlling the population change in the desired direction. It also presents comprehensive view of the individual measures of population control by highlighting different pre-marriage measures and post-marriage measures.
