Lesson Summary:
Students will review the use of the Cause and Effect ‘fishbone’ diagram as a statistical tool for representing their findings during a quality assurance auditing process.

Lesson Objective:
To provide students with the ability to create represented statistical data by using the appropriate software such as Ms Powerpoint, one click or Xmind tools.
