This lesson is to check comprehension of a reading passage with the use of technology as a motivator. It is also to provide instant feedback and collaboration among students.

Lesson Summary:
Students start with a Kahoot game to ensure they know a few sea creatures. This will lead into a discussion on dolphins. Students will then read their passage on dolpins with information gaps. With their mobile phones, students will walk around the room and scan QR codes that are on the wall, which provide the answers to the information gap. Students will then listen to a recording in order to read and listen to see if they have the correct answers. Comprehension will be checked with a quiz on Quizizz.
