Sibongile Simelane-Mnisi is a senior instructional designer at Tshwane University of Technology, South Africa. She is involve in instructional design, project management, training and empowerment of lecturers and students in the integration of technology in teaching and learning. She is interested in technology enhanced teaching and learning , emerging technologies, mobile learning, using social networks in teaching and learning and recently investigating developing App for teaching and learning.
